Gas ducted heating has gone from a luxury item to now being a common form of heating for your home. Brivis ducted heaters come in several models from the “Classic” series 3 star, the “CompactPlus” series 4.2 star and the “StarPro” series going all the way up to 5.8 star efficiency. These heaters come with a range of controlling and zoning options, please contact us for more information.
Braemar ducted heaters also come in three model types, the “TH3star”, TH4star, and the “TH5star” series. Once again all the Braemar heaters have a range of controlling options to choose from but the Braemar heater takes zoning to the next level using the Spectrolink Multizone. This allows you to create up to four different temperature controlled areas in your home, making Braemar one the market leaders in our industry.
Energy Efficiency
Ducted heating systems are manufactured in 3, 4 and 5 star energy ratings which is tested by NATA, an accredited laboratory, who measure performance levels. The star rating is an approved standard for evaluating the energy efficiency of gas appliances to give you a clear guide as you decide on your preferred system. The higher the star rating, the better the system’s performance.

Under floor or in-ceiling
Ducted heating can be installed under your floor with the external unit outside your home or within the ceiling. The ducted gas heating unit draws air from inside your home through a return air grille. From there it then flows into the heater where it’s warmed and then into every room of your home via the outlets/ducts in the form of a warm gentle supply of air. Once the temperature inside your home reaches your pre-set temperature, the burners inside the heating unit will turn off, the fan slows down and ensures that all the remaining heat inside the unit is used to heat your home.

Zoning
Gas ducted heating system can be controlled by the one or two thermostat’s where you can also create up to four zones which can be programmed to best suit your lifestyle requirements. Zoning allows you to run desired areas of your home at any one time, either by choosing to run the heating throughout the entire home or specific areas.
