The whole team were very easy to have around. Adam and Alex kept us informed of how things were going; and everyone was courteous and made sure we were aware when power or gas needed to be turned off etc. When they’re in and out so much like that, it’s nice that they’re a pleasant group. The Auto mode of operation sounds like it is well thought out - we’ll certainly try using it

We have been around for a long time on this Planet, seen many changes many good, some mediocre, however personality and courtesy has declined in telephonic and visual conversations, as have the ethics of workmanship. I don’t know if losing one’s heating as we did, brings the scheming modules of the brain into functioning with some people however we seemed to find them until I spoke with your business, and discussing the problem with Kylie. That discussion renewed my faith in human nature with her sincerity, and advising me to contact Michael Pickthall. I immediately did this, and his reply was I will fit you in after lunch. What a gentleman and we accepted his advice as to what unit to go for. We could see his suggestion (as opposed to recommendation) was done after earnest consideration and he suggested units and gave his thoughts on each one. There was no doubt in our minds but to accept his advice, hence the unit was ordered from you. Your staff arrived on time, as promised, and introduced themselves with curtsey. Unheard of in this day and age that we have been accustomed to in the few times it has been necessary to have repairs done. You have chosen well with your installation staff of Pete, Dillon and Jamie, Jason, as they are credit to themselves, and true ambassadors for your company. Apart from being warm again with so little hassle and the treatment of yesterday both Bett and I are wrapped that such service still exists
